Cleancaf (by Urnex) is a dual action cleaner that removes coffee residue and dissolves scale build up. Blue dye ensures proper rinsing. Box of 3 sachets.
Built up lime scale from hard water can do serious damage to your coffee machine. If left untreated it can clog up water lines and associated parts, and may prevent your machine from heating properly or prevent correct brew pressure for delivery a good tasting espresso.
This is a non-toxic cleaner and scale remover. The solution gently works on the buildup until it dissolves.

Instructions are as follows:
1. Dissolve contents of Cleancaf package in 4 cups of warm water. Pour into water reservoir.Put empty pot and filter basket in place. For espresso machines attach handle and place an empty container below.
2. Turn machine on and begin the brew cycle. Espresso machines, also allow several ounces of Cleancaf soloution to flow through the steam pipe (into a container to avoid spray). Discard entire soloution once it has passed through your machine.
3. Rinse all components and repeat steps 1 and 2 twice with clean water only. Espresso machines remove handle. You may soak handle and filters in Cleancaf solution then rinse all components with clean water.
