Warranty for V3 Model Rancilio Silvia ⇒Your new V3 Rancilio Silvia comes standard with a 12 month manufacturer’s parts warranty. Coffee-A-Roma has decided to cover the labour and also include an extended warranty period. Therefore your Rancilio Silvia machine purchased from Coffee-A-Roma will have a warranty period of 2 years that includes Parts and Labour. Please note this extension is for the latest V3 model (manufactured in 2009)
⇒Warranty claims are handled through Coffee-A-Roma’s authorised service technicians or associated agents around Australia.
⇒Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear to gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets & shower screens. The warranty also does not cover user error, improper maintenance, or repairs due to power surges, power failures, or the element being damaged through lack of water (or the steaming switch left on for a prolonged period to allow the element to become exposed to air).
⇒Shipping or associated travel costs are not reimbursed under the warranty.
⇒If you have a warranty issue, please contact Coffee-A-Roma at info.coffeearoma.com.au or phone 0411720395 to be advised of the nearest warranty service place, or to organise for you machine to be sent back to us for assessment & repair.
⇒We keep a record of all model numbers from the machines we sell, and this number is required for any warranty claim. Number can be found on the base of the machine, user manual or the receipt provided by Coffee-A-Roma.
