The Giotto is available in two versions, Tipo V with a Vibration Pump (tanked version), and Evoluzione R with a Rotary Pump (tanked or ability to plumb in to mains water supply). This listing is for the Evoluzione R shot timer with rotary pump model. You can use this machine with the rear water tank or connect /plumb it in to your mains water with no alterations to the machine (a switch is flicked from tank to mains on the machine only).
Both V and R models are temperature controlled by PID logic for enhancing the users experience and control over the espresso quality. The PID touch pad is easily accessed underneath the front drip tray.
