What do we do with your old machine?
We recycle/sell used Silvia machines. We will service your old machine and resell it if it passes our strict safety checks. Otherwise we will use the traded in machine for parts. We try to recycle as much as we can.
What About Interstate Customers
No problem, if you can't get to our shop. For $25 - we will email you a return post slip that you can put on the box of your machine so that it is returned to us. Once your machine has been received and assessed for qualification, you will be notified. The trade in amount will than be applied to your new machine. If you decide to not take up the offer, an additional $25 will be required to return your Rancilio Silvia back to you.

- Any customer that purchased their new Rancilio Silvia from Coffee-A-Roma shop/website within the last 3yrs.
- Machine must be complete with standard accessories (group handle, drip tray, grate etc). Machine must also be in working order (heat up) to qualify for 50%. If not in working order, the cost in parts to achieve this will be deducted from the trade in offer.
- Proof of purchase from Coffee-A-Roma (receipt) and/or serial number (found on bottom of the machine) will need to be identified to establish that it qualifies for the trade in / trade up offer.
- This offer is only applicable to Coffee-A-Roma retail sales (bulk buys, ex demos, auctions, 2nd hand machines and wholesale/commercial customers are exempt).
