Warranty
Most coffee machines & grinders comes standard with a 12 month Parts & Labour warranty against manufacturing defects. A select few come with a 2 year warranty (Rocket & Eureka).
There is an option (additional cost) to purchase an extra 12mth warranty on all machines/grinders.
Warranty claims are handled through Coffee-A-Roma's authorised service technicians or associated agents around Australia.
Warranty does not cover cleaning, normal wear and tear to gaskets, portafilter handles, baskets & shower screens. The warranty also does not cover user error, improper maintenance, or repairs due to power surges, power failures, or the element being damaged through lack of water in a single boiler machine (such as the steaming switch left on for a prolonged period to allow the element to become exposed to air).
Shipping or associated travel costs are not reimbursed under the warranty.

We keep a record of all model numbers from the machines & grinders we sell, and this number is required for any warranty claim. Number can be found on the machine, grinder or user manual. We can also track your number if you provide the name on your receipt provided by Coffee-A-Roma.
