Coffee-A-Roma – Returns Policy
♦ 30 Day Return Policy on all items.
♦ Returns must be sent back in original box/packaging.
♦ Please email [email protected] prior to returning any product and notify us of your receipt number.
♦ All postage costs (for returns) are at buyers expense and non refundable. A restocking fee up to 20% may apply.
♦ Coffee-A-Roma does not hold any responsibility for lost or damaged returns; therefore it is strongly recommended that you return items via registered insured post.
♦ Refund will be given once the item/machine has been inspected and confirmed that it is in good working order.
Transit Insurance
♦ Insurance for loss/damage whilst the goods are in transit to you is included in the purchase price.
♦ Goods received via courier should be inspected at the time of delivery. If any damage is discovered this is to be noted on the delivery slip or PDA screen at the time of delivery.
