The Silvano Evo is a great compact machine that can steam milk and make espresso at the same time.

The stainless steel espresso maker combines beauty, value, and the latest technology for making all your favourite coffees.

The PID controls and displays coffee boiler temperature. The PID controller also has a built in shot timer.

The Silvano Evo is equipped with a patented heat bank for producing steam. This heat bank allows for unlimited steam and can be turned off independently from the coffee boiler to conserve energy. The heat bank has its own independent pump and a resettable thermostat. The steam is delivered through copper piping located within the aluminium heat bank.
