The Giotto is available in two versions, Tipo V with a Vibration Pump, and Evoluzione R with a Rotary Pump. This listing is for the Tipo V which is the model that feeds water to the machine from the rear water tank. This is the latest version with the inbuilt shot timer.
Both V and R models are temperature controlled by PID logic for enhancing the users experience and control over the espresso quality. The PID touch pad is easily accessed underneath the front drip tray.
