2The Giotto Cronometro Evoluzione R comes with a Rotary Pump and has the benefit of being able to run the machine via a water tank or plumbed into your main water supply.
This latest model features an in-built shot clock
It is temperature controlled by PID logic for enhancing the users experience and control over the espresso quality. The PID touch pad is easily accessed underneath the front drip tray.
